\\ **Wan-Chun (Alex) Ma** received his PhD degree in [[http://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw|computer science and information engineering]] from [[http://www.ntu.edu.tw|National Taiwan University]] in 2008. He did his thesis research at the [[http://graphics.csie.ntu.edu.tw|graphics research group]] in [[http://www.cmlab.csie.ntu.edu.tw|Communication and Multimedia Lab]], with [[http://graphics.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~ming/|Ming Ouhyoung]], [[http://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~cyy/|Yung-Yu Chuang]], and [[http://graphics.im.ntu.edu.tw/~robin/|Bing-Yu Chen]]. Prior to his graduation, He was a visiting researcher at [[http://www.debevec.org|Paul Debevec]]'s [[http://gl.ict.usc.edu|Graphics Lab]] in [[http://www.ict.usc.edu|Institute for Creative Technologies]], [[http://www.usc.edu|University of Southern California]] from 2005 to 2008. His research interests include facial animation, reflectance modeling, computational photography, real-time rendering, and general purpose GPU techniques.
