Wan-Chun (Alex) Ma received his PhD degree in computer science and information engineering from National Taiwan University in 2008. Prior to his graduation, He was a visiting researcher at Dr. Paul Debevec's Graphics Lab in Institute for Creative Technologies, University of Southern California.
His research interests include facial animation, 3D modeling, computer generated imagery, computational photography, real-time rendering, and general purpose GPU techniques.
He will join Republic of China Army soon for a ten-month mandatory military service.
